Delivery Charges
Your order will be delivered accordingly to the delivery type you choose. It can be by air or by sea shipping . The charge will be calculated on a weight basis in usd per kg.

 

Please note that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer based on the UAE standard rates.

Delivery
Once your is placed and confirmed, you will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm the delivery day and time. Someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the order. 

Please take note that it is customers responsibility to ensure all items fit into service elevators, doorways, stairways and any entrances that apply to your residence.

Please contact us prior to purchasing should you have any doubts about spacing and items fitting without damage.

Standard Delivery Time
Delivery time is linked to the type of delivery you choose.

Standard items can be made and ready for expedition in approximately 5 working days.

Pre-order items need 2 to 4 weeks depending on the approvoal of the drawing, and the high or low season time (by season time, we intend Vietnam production seasons, the low season being from March to September, and the high season being from October to the end of January).

Made to order items are subject to an individual production and expedition case, in which we will inform you step by step of the advancements.

Production timeline is subject to current workload. Holidays are not included. Please reach out to our team if you would like to check current timelines or for further information.

Furthermore, items can be modified in shape and size to create a unique item, please note however that this may increase the lead time.

May Studios Design cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Air Shipping :

 

Delivery time byAir shipping is between 5 to 7 days, and the fees are 5,8 usd per kg. We can offer 50 % of the aircharge for small orders (need to see the details).

 

Please take note that import taxes are still at the client discretion.

 

Sea shipping :

 

Delivery time by Sea shipping is between 4 to 5 weeks, and the fees are 1,8 usd per kg.
