“Six in one” is a short way to describe S plus, also known as the space of six senses (Six Senses Space) created in Hanoi. It is a space where a mix of familiarity and the unknown happen.

The reason for that duality was shared by architect HuyPham, the main character in the S plus design: "What we are concerned about today is urban waste. Imagine, six independent companies need six spaces to work, display, and introduce products. The owners of those six units had to give up investment funds and needed six separate teams to operate. That is a big waste. Just try to gather all six in the same space to support and complement each other, and use the remaining money to recharge the six units. S plus was born with such ideas and purposes.
The six fields of design, products, and solutions are all different, how can they not enter in conflict? Architect Huy Pham said: "It took two months of thinking, because all six members are architects so they have their own ideas, personalities, and styles. To be able to harmoniously connect everyone, I brought the idea of using the inner Asian essence, using the Vietnamese spirit is the highlight throughout the space". That Asian quality is present at S Plus, in which the wood solution and construction are implemented by 282 Design, bringing the rough yet pristine nature of wood into contemporary space.

The highlight of S Plus is the flooring system that 282 Design put into use after experimentation in all weather conditions: This flooring system is arranged in two cocoons.
The image of a cocoon shell implies that the story of creating a playground is just the first step, like a cocoon shell, and from there it will grow and develop. 282 Design's flooring design is the same, after 2 years of research and development, creating a technical flooring product line, with no limit on ratio, a sustainable combination of many layers and locking systems. The wood fibers naturally intertwine, minimizing the use of high-cost whole pieces of wood that can easily warp in tropical conditions.

S plus was formed and operated with specific principles, philosophy, and goals, and has been receiving many consensuses from professionals. From visitors to architecture students... S plus is truly a model to refer to, explore, explore, learn and experience the beauty of creativity, the difference in design in context. modern urban today.
